Muude laevade üheaegsel sadamasse sisse- ja väljasõidul kehtib sadamast väljuva laeva eesõigus, v.a juhul kui tegu on hädaolukorraga. Speed limit: laev peab liikuma minimaalse kiirusega mille puhul ta säilitab juhitavuse; ahtrilaine ei tohi tekkida.[2]
