Based on a published sailing directions guideSisse- ja väljasõidul on eelis väljasõitvatel laevadel. Speed limit: laev peab liikuma minimaalse kiirusega, mille puhul ta säilitab juhitavuse rooli abil, kuid mitte suurema kiirusega kui 3 sõlme; välitida tuleb ahtrilainet. Vessel movements: laeva ümberhaalamine on lubatud üksnes sadamakapteni teenistuse loal. Entry and departure ban: tuule kiirusel üle 15 m/s; nähtavusel alla 50 m.[2]
